The CSMS Micromounters specialize in the collection and preparation of mineral specimens that are so small that they are generally viewed under a microscope.

Micromounting can be performed on very rare minerals that occur in very small crystals. This process is also perfect for displaying fantastic sprays of very delicate crystals that could not even exist on a larger scale.
